Fast, easy, and great value

Renewing insurance was easy and fast. I stayed with Real because they are GREAT value and the customer service is second to none when you need them most.

Price was ok in comparison.

Disappointed that long standing customers are not given any priority or exclusive services/rate. Someone who is the with real insurance for >10yrs is given the same rate as someone who joins online. I had to complain to receive a meager discount after having multiple policies. In the past, long standing customers were given cash back...think about providing SOMETHING. Phone services are fine, repetitive scripts with the representatives actually slows down the conversation - also do not follow up on complaints history raised unless prompted. Which I had to do recently.

Yhe cusyomet service wa vety good. I changef my commencement faye snd smount of covet srbetsl tomes × they werr veru undertanding that I also got 10% refund in the 1st year eith real on premiums paid. and they also increased my gift voucher to $100 instead of $75, to keep me from changing my Funeral Insurance to Australian Seniors Insurance. In summary they explained all the extra benefits I would have with them compared with other Funeral Insurance Companies.

Better English speaking call centre staff. Also too much back ground noise, I suspect staff working from home ? Call centre staff who can stop following and preaching the scripted screen read out and listen to customer information offered. 15+ minutes to end and NOT renew current home & contents insurance. Didn't get chance on that call to answer questions about and activate online quote
