service was not a service it took 6 calls to try and change the kilometres I would drive and a new policy had to be written .I was told that the old policy could not be opened and had to be referred to another department . this department finally sorted things out the policy was sent to me with errors ,these could not be sorted hence a new policy having to be drawn up , I have 2 car 1 house and content policy so was not happy with the service it was not all the fault of persons who took my calls,

Covered for a lot more and is costing me less than my previous insurer
The person I spoke to was excellent with helping me set up life insurance and was very kind. You provide a lot more cover than the previous life insurance that I had.
