I rated real insurance one start because, for one I could not understand some of the call staff and when I ask for them to repeat they was rude and offensive, generally a bad experience with this company and I was only with them for a week and I had to cancel the policy because they was just to hard to deal with.

while price was competitive, service was non-existent.
You are thieves. Particularly during these trying times. I swap (sell) a car for another, but you still charge for both (despite the fact that I do not even own or have access to the vehicle I have to continue paying for it). how is this even justified. Currently looking to move to another supplier (includes House / contents and 2 cars)

The young lady I spoke to was very help and easy to talk too ,she answered all my questions so I fully understood what I was getting and she made me smile.. I recommended Real Insurance to my best friend as soon as I finished talking with her ,and I'll keep recommending them !
