Worst company that I have ever dealt with, promised correspondence doesn't happen,I can't get them to talk to me whilst I'm alive,imagine what they'll be like after I'm dead,totally untrustworthy and totally unprofessional,would never contemplate dealing with them again,and intend telling all and far to steer well clear of them,dodgy practices!
Pathetic,worst company that I have ever dealt with,in my entire life,yet Hannover underwritten companies are normally good to deal with
