The fact that the fees are a bit higher than other policies, I have accepted this as I do have choices as I get older and those choices give me 150% of my money at age 85, and a 5% reduction in fees every 5 years. Seems a good deal to me.
Customer service was very prompt and had all the knowledge that I needed without waiting. They also listened to what I had to say and answered my queries with sensible explanations and assistance.

but pushy. information was good but when i tried to say 'no' it wasn't accepted and he pushed on. was asked to name a starting date for first payment. i did but again not accepted. he named a date. didn't want to proceed with giving card detail but was insisted. i had visitors and in the end did what was asked. my husband was not happy as i epected. i am more than sure he will follow through with a cancellation by Monday next week - as soon as the policy arrives. did not appreciate being contacted on my mobile either.

The funeral policy has outstanding benefits which suit us.
The service provided to me by Lilly regarding a funeral plan for my brother Bruce Challis was outstanding, It was a pleasure talking with Lilly she was very professional & explained every detail to myself & my brother, Lilly called both myself & my brother to ensure authorisation was given to both parties for this new policy. Lilly took her time to inform us of all the terms & conditions. I do strongly think that Lilly is a asset to the company & I cant thank her enough for her outstanding customer service.
