When ringing up for a quote we should not have to agree to terms and give banking details. You should just give quote & policy info and let us then decide if we want it. You say we have cooling off period but it is a hassle to get out of it (although we will be) mainly for this reason

Firstly did not call at agreed time instead called an hour later. Secondly could not explain why the actual premium was $100 more than quote when there was no reason this should have happened & the rep was not interested in trying to help just wanted to make the sale
