Sales person was very pushy took card details and sold me a policy when all i was asking for was a quote. Now i need to cancel the policy, one I'm not sure i even wanted or will benefit form.. Can't get details till they have card info, then will send out paper/email copy to view, by then you've purchased it. Pushy way to sell !! Didn't like it won't request quote or product info from Real Insurance again.

Painful. Way too much time taken to sort out the deal. Tradespeople normally are using their hands and recieving calls during working hours is a loss of income. Jamie was informed to phone around 5 pm.
