Yes I would reccommend,I had dealing with you before with my ex husband who passed away wonderful service. Rod with whom I was dealing with was most patient and rang me many times at my request, I had to get a few financial things in order. I am most pleased with the customer service. I did want to put it up to 6,000 when I am able and was disappointed I had to wait yet another 12 months not that I'm going anywhere just yet. Kind regards Lesley

I was given the choice and options as to what I needed and wasn’t pushed into something that wouldn’t be affordable for me at this time.
The information given was explained well and easy to understand, and the representative of the company was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Phone kept dropping out.

After my Mum passed away a couple of months ago and having to find the money, I wasn't going to leave anyone else with that burden.
The phone kept dropping in and out so sometimes I couldn't quite hear what the lady on the end was saying One Hundred Percent but enough I could follow what she was saying. I think it has to do with the NBN. Other than that everything else was fantastic, the lady couldn't be more helpful.

Polite and knowledgeable of coverage of what I wanted.
Felt that I had a person that knew what I needed and was thankful for this. As previous experience with another insurer had really turned me off insurance salespeople. I think the person's name was Max and he was very helpful with all questions I asked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Real Insurance to anyone.
