Excellent...young Max was curtious, explainded everything clearly...was patient with my questions...and excellent phone manner...I had just now cancelled a long term insurance with woolworths insurance due to numerous very bad experiences with customer service...your staff are wonderfull especially Max...it was a pleasure doing business with him

Real needs to get more realistic

Didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to get just a quote for comparison purposes. So much of my time wasted. Also didn't like being pressured to keep the policy even though it was dearer than what I already have.
The person I first spoke with was lovely however, I did not like how I was not able to get a Life Insurance quote without signing up, so I could compare against my current policy with another insurer. Had to go through the whole process to then find that my current insurance was a lot cheaper anyway. I then had to go through the process of opting out, which was even worse, as the lady I was put through to was constantly badgering me with other options trying to prevent me from cancelling, even suggesting I keep the policy and have two policies going. Very unrealistic advise!! For goodness sake, just provide a quote, and all the discontent I now feel could have been avoided!!

Went thru all of the questions with the operator then...

Went thru all of the questions with the operator then receive a call making out I didn't answer some questions honestly. Operator proceeded to go thru the same questions that I had previously answered. I can only answer the questions in terms that my doctor had described a condition to me as - i'm not a doctor and don't appreciate someone reading a medical description out of a book making out i'm a liar.Thats when I'd had enough and cancelled the whole thing.
