Well priced and easy to navigate
It's a bit hard to rate a service when there is no interaction apart from filling in a form online and paying with a credit card. The one and only email that I received promised that my certificate of insurance was to follow shortly. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing

Price was ok in comparison.
Disappointed that long standing customers are not given any priority or exclusive services/rate. Someone who is the with real insurance for >10yrs is given the same rate as someone who joins online. I had to complain to receive a meager discount after having multiple policies. In the past, long standing customers were given cash back...think about providing SOMETHING. Phone services are fine, repetitive scripts with the representatives actually slows down the conversation - also do not follow up on complaints history raised unless prompted. Which I had to do recently.

Good product. Reasonable cost.
I completed a survey for Real Insurance (not with you) several days ago. I explained in detail what had occurred. I would have thought I would be contact by Real as a result. Most unimpressed about the still unresolved issue I have regarding Landlord Insurance.

Better English speaking call centre staff. Also too much back ground noise, I suspect staff working from home ? Call centre staff who can stop following and preaching the scripted screen read out and listen to customer information offered. 15+ minutes to end and NOT renew current home & contents insurance. Didn't get chance on that call to answer questions about and activate online quote

I have been double charged for the same property home...

As above. I was informed that my account had been deleted and now I have been charged for 2 accounts
I am upset and hope someone can call me back. I cancelled a Home and Contents Insurance because I provide the incorrect dates. My Fault, but I did this over the phone with one of your service agents who said that they had cancelled my account. I then did a new cover on the via your website and thought all was good. On the 17th April, my new account direct debited the due money, no issue! On the 20th April, i was the charged again..... I logged in and found that i have 2 accounts for the same property. I would like someone to call me please.
