The sales person on the phone pushed too hard to get my payment details. I need to discuss things with my partner after gathering all the information, practically forcing me to add rehabilitation insurance is disgusting. I was 99% going to sign up until the hard sell. Give people time to think about their decision to sign up. I sent an enquiry, I’m interested..the hard sell and 8 phone calls after the first (I was in meetings all day and could not answer) is just desperate. I am now 99% sure I will not go with real insurance, and will be sure to tell my partner who is already paying premiums to you to look else where. Loose the hard sell guys. It’s too much. Also your email states that I have signed up. I deffinately have not!

Sales person was very pushy took card details and sold me a policy when all i was asking for was a quote. Now i need to cancel the policy, one I'm not sure i even wanted or will benefit form.. Can't get details till they have card info, then will send out paper/email copy to view, by then you've purchased it. Pushy way to sell !! Didn't like it won't request quote or product info from Real Insurance again.
