My new policy is fine as was my old one. The product is fine it’s the service that lets them down
Terrible could never get through on the phone just a constant message about recent storms creating a queue. Never had any progress for months on my claim for no reason at all as I paid the excess when I lodged it and admitted fault. Finally corresponded via email and was told refund would be in my bank account in five days it never turned up had to chase it up again and finally weeks later I get it! I work in customer service and have done so for 14 years and this was appalling customer service on behalf of real insurance.

So much help to someone like me because I am not working and pretty old now. I was with AAMI, for so many many years, but when saw the comparisson between REAL and AAMI, it's a big difference. REAL INSURANCE is simple and affordable.

Until I claim Real Insurance remains un unkown quatity.
I'm new to Real Insurance. My opnion of Real Insurance can only be made once it's time to make a claim. Till then, Real Insurance is an unknown quantity to me. I hope my experience is a positive one.

It's great you give agreed valve on car insurance, let's hope if we have to make a claim all will be good?
Found it annoying that my policy had to be cancelled & reset up, due to my son getting his P's. The car was insurance with Real Ins while he was on his L's & then because he got his P's the policy had to be cancelled & redone, which took so much more time by doing this!!

I have never used pay as you drive and have concerns about whether it will suit me. I feel I should not be penalised for driving more, which is essentially what this product does, but am in a constrained financial position being disabled and on a pension, so have little choice but to try it and hope I do not need to buy additional kilometers. However, the person who assisted me was wonderful.
