Not easy to talk to as they don’t pick up the phone. Don’t answer emails either.
Had a very surly lady on the phone when trying to discuss what I needed to obtain for a payout. Wait time for someone to answer the phone was on average 45 minutes.

Bad customer service on the phone..girl on the phone was rude, sounded inexperienced and there were noises of people chatting and lauging in the background. Unprofessional
