Premium difference online and via call centre. As a client i was forced to call.
I tried online quote and payments. quote was fine but system was not allowing online payments. I had been forced to call the call centre as a result the quote was changed and i was forced to pay higher premium. I should be refunded the difference in premium paid.

after moving my new policy premium quote more than doubled, with no reason given for it, and no understanding of it exhibited by telephone support team
Emails must be properly dealt with, and in accordance with the auto-email that is sent after sending emails in. I had an old policy renewed when it was not supposed to be, an old international credit card charged when I had asked it not to be, and a new policy that had been quoted, not actually started when I wrote in to accept the quote. That is exceptionally poor.
