Have previously had insurance with you guys before so knew that the process was comparable with price and easy to sign up for. I have had a claim previously last year and the customer service guys that rang me were pretty average with their service but at least they got the job done.
Online service is good, very easy to follow and has all the information needed and very comparative with pricing too.

Great value for the money I'm paying, just wished they would have considered 6 month payments as I was willing to pay, but other than that happy with the result.
Waiting time was minimal, liked how it was straight to the point without the usual fancy sales talk. Was glad I was actually talking to someone locally in Australia rather than someone overseas (which is becoming rare these days). Online application was easy and straight-forward, and felt valued as a customer when the competitors basically ignored me.

Charges 'lazy tax', don't care.

Buy from internet each year, don't let them charge the 'lazy tax' when they 'auto renew' for a higher price.
Got renewal for 2 different policies. Looked on THEIR website and could get EXACTLY the same for cheaper. Phoned them, but they could not lower the price they wanted to charge me. Apparently the 'loyalty' department had been disbanded. They confirmed that there is absolutely no problem in not renewing current policies and taking out new ones FROM THEM. That's what I did saving $70.

Charged me for two policies on one vehicle.
Horrendous. Dealing with call centers who cannot action things correctly - over charging and not processing refunds correctly. Had I not checked this and followed it up twice, Real Insurance would have stolen $600 from me for nothing! I’m heading to the regulator now.

I originally phoned just to change the vehicle insured only to be told the premium would cost more since it wasn’t a new policy purchased online. It was cheaper and easier to cancel the existing policy and start a new one online myself. Obviously there is little to no interest in looking after existing customers which is highly disappointing.
