Still too expensive for insurance given that I have 0 claims
Cheaper to get a new policy each year and cancel the old one than to let the existing one roll over. That is a poor outcome for loyal customers.

I'm an existing customer and called to adjust the sum insured for building and contents and was charged extra for calling in. I was made to cancel my current policy and do it online instead, which I thought was very poor customer service.
