I originally phoned just to change the vehicle insured only to be told the premium would cost more since it wasn’t a new policy purchased online. It was cheaper and easier to cancel the existing policy and start a new one online myself. Obviously there is little to no interest in looking after existing customers which is highly disappointing.

the price is fair and was giving options to people buying the car insurance ie drive as you go
The online service is straight forward. I was able to have a quote and have my insurance in a few straight forward questions. The best thing is when I print out the certificate of insurance , they provide the clients with 14 days cooling off. that is very helpful and it gives the client to review and determine if the insurance he needed is being served to him.

Charges 'lazy tax', don't care.

Buy from internet each year, don't let them charge the 'lazy tax' when they 'auto renew' for a higher price.
Got renewal for 2 different policies. Looked on THEIR website and could get EXACTLY the same for cheaper. Phoned them, but they could not lower the price they wanted to charge me. Apparently the 'loyalty' department had been disbanded. They confirmed that there is absolutely no problem in not renewing current policies and taking out new ones FROM THEM. That's what I did saving $70.

Horrendous processes and staff. thieves!

Charged me for two policies on one vehicle.
Horrendous. Dealing with call centers who cannot action things correctly - over charging and not processing refunds correctly. Had I not checked this and followed it up twice, Real Insurance would have stolen $600 from me for nothing! I’m heading to the regulator now.
